Christine Killip is an Atmospheric Scientist with over twenty five years experience in the air quality and meteorological consulting industry. She has worked exclusively as an air quality consultant since graduating from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Technology in Atmospheric Science degree in 1994. Her expertise includes meteorological and air quality analysis, with particular reference to industrial site evaluation; air quality impact assessments ranging from large industrial projects to regional photochemical impacts to local impacts of dust and odours; and detailed practical knowledge of a variety of regulatory and specialist dispersion models. Christine’s focus in recent years is developing on-line tools to allow clients to make better operational decisions relating to weather.
Christine has appeared as an expert in disputes relating to weather and boundary layer meteorology. Christine is a member the Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand, the American Waste Management Association, the American Meteorological society, the International Society of Biometeorology and was a finalist in the 2013 Telstra Business Woman Awards.
