Michael Burchill is a data scientist with a strong history of data analytics and modelling gained while completing his PhD and over 10 years of consulting with Katestone. Michael is a problem solver and likes to use data to tell the story. He has worked with many clients to deliver data in a form to help them manage a situation and minimise various risks to their operations.
In Michael’s time at Katestone he has managed projects to deliver systems for managing air quality and meteorological monitoring data and dust management activities. Michael’s key experience has been in the assessment of localised dust impacts from industries such as mining and bulk material handling, the analysis of air quality monitoring data and assisting with peer review and expert witness.
